Terms of Service

The short version: Use Voli fairly, don't misuse it, and we'll keep building something great for your agency. That's the spirit of these terms.

Acceptance

By accessing voliapp.io or using any Voli service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Voli Provides

Voli is an agency management platform for life insurance agencies, IMOs, and independent producers. We provide tools for CRM, pipeline management, analytics, team performance, training, and AI-assisted coaching.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • —Keeping your login credentials secure
  • —All activity that occurs under your account
  • —Ensuring your team uses the platform appropriately

Notify us immediately at hello@voliapp.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • —Use Voli for any unlawful purpose
  • —Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • —Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • —Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • —Interfere with the platform's security or performance

Subscriptions and Billing

  • —Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • —Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • —No refunds for partial months
  • —We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments

Intellectual Property

Everything on voliapp.io — design, code, copy, branding — belongs to Voli. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create within the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Voli is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
